Acid Eaters

The Ramones are a punk band from around the mid-late 1970s. I loved punk music at the time and still do in limited doses. I am older now! Anyways, the Ramones released an album around 1993 titled Acid Eaters. It was an album of 1960’s psychedelic music covers that the Ramones claimed influenced their music. In my estimation Acid Eaters is an OK album. The Ramones were at this time towards the end of their careers and probably needed money. A couple of the Ramones were sick at the time. All those years of carbona not glue finally catching up with them.

What impressed me about the Acid Eaters' album was the cover art by an artist named Mique Willmott. So, this is my deconstruction and recreation of Mique Willmott’s work. The original idea and composition is his work. Like all of my deconstructions and recreation it is a learning journey and the only way to time travel that I know of.
